Returns within a reasonable time frame (1-2 weeks after receipt) are accepted as long as the product has not been used and it is still in new condition for re-sale. Some manufacturers require returns be shipped directly to them, while others want us to manage returns, so the return process differs depending on the product and the manufacturer. If we ever ship you the wrong item or an item that was described incorrectly on our site, we'll promptly exchange the item or issue you a full refund, including shipping costs to return the item. If you buy something and just decide you don't want it, we'll also either exchange the item or allow you to return it for a full refund, but the buyer will be responsible for the shipping charges both ways.
