Returns within a reasonable time frame (1-2 weeks after receipt) are accepted as long as the product has not been used and it is still in new condition for re-sale. All defective items must be returned to the manufacturers, and as authorized dealers for all products that we carry, we will be glad to assist with manufacturer warranty claims. If we ever ship you the wrong item or an item that was described incorrectly on our site, we'll promptly exchange the item or issue you a full refund, including shipping costs to return the item. If you buy something and just decide you don't want it, we'll also either exchange the item or allow you to return it for a full refund provided the item is still new in the package, but the buyer will be responsible for the shipping charges both ways. If the item offered free shipping, actual shipping cost to originally ship to the buyer will be subtracted from the refund.
